Here you will find all the important information about our shipping options and delivery times.
2. Express shipping
For those in a hurry, we offer express shipping and for an extra charge of $50, we deliver your order to your home within 1–2 working days. Please note that express shipping is only possible for orders placed up to 8PM on business days.
3. International shipping
We also deliver to many countries outside Germany. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Please enter your delivery address when ordering to know the exact costs and estimated delivery times.
4. Tracking of consignments
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time.
5. Delivery to packing stations
We are also happy to deliver your order to a DHL packing station. Please enter the packing station number and your postal number in the order process.
6. Delays in dispatch
In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to force majeure, holidays or unforeseen events. We will do our best to minimize such delays and inform you in good time.
7. Notification and acceptance
Please make sure that the delivery address is correct and complete. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with further information on collection or new delivery.
